Job summary

University Physicians Association is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for a busy surgical office located within the University of Tennessee Medical Center. The PSR will support office phones, filing, and general clerical duties to ensure smooth patient flow.

Office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm with no weekends or holidays. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills to maintain patient records and triage requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Answer phones and manage office communications.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Coordinate patient flow and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
