Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the clinic's EHR.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations or referrals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
