Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Liaison in a hybrid role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. The position focuses on centralized registration and scheduling for primary and specialty care, with patient and family interactions by telephone to address inquiries.

Responsibilities include collecting insurance information, handling prescription-related requests, and participating in team meetings. Prior experience in customer service or healthcare call centers is preferred.

Qualificações

• 1 year of related experience in customer service.
• Experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide centralized scheduling services for BCH Specialty Department Contact center.
• Interact with patients and families by phone to answer inquiries and provide scheduling options.
• Register patients by collecting patient and insurance information.
