McKenzie Health in Watford City, ND seeks a Patient Access Representative to perform outpatient and inpatient registration and provide information to patients and families. You will help ensure financial requirements are met or assist with payment plans while delivering excellent patient-focused service.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, registration across Emergency, Outpatient, and Inpatient settings, and insurance verification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service at the information desk.
• Handle upfront collections and cashier duties.
• Register patients in the Emergency Department.
• Register outpatients and during outpatient procedures.
• Assist with outpatient surgery and procedures registration.
• Verify insurance information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
