Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of Patient Access, Medical Billing or Customer Service experience.
• Proven skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, Windows-based applications, and 10 key calculators.

• Completes all assigned tasks and responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responds promptly, professionally and courteously to all customers’ needs.
