Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or an Associates degree with 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Patient Access, Customer Service or Medical work experience.
• Skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, Windows-based applications, and 10 key calculators.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned Patient Access tasks accurately and timely.
• Respond professionally to customer needs and inquiries.
• Coordinate with McLaren Health Care team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Prioritize duties and adapt to department needs as required.
• Answer calls and screen requests for pages and department needs.
