Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking an Associate Patient Access Representative to be the first contact for visitors, handling patient registration, scheduling, and financial clearance. The role includes insurance verification and ensuring payment collection while maintaining compliant workflows.

You will pre-register patients, verify CMS-based eligibility, and accurately enter patient demographics and insurance information to ensure clean EHRs and smooth visits across the network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years: healthcare office setting and/or strong customer service background preferred.
• Registration/Admissions proficiency for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency admits.
• Accurate data entry for demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Knowledge of CMS standards for medical necessity.

Responsibilities
