Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in healthcare office setting and/or strong customer service background preferred.
• Registration/Admissions: proficient in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency admits.
• Accurately identifies and enters patient demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registrations and check-ins for visits.
• Assist with scheduling and payment collection at point of service.
• Verify insurance and CMS eligibility; communicate coverage details.
• Prepare patients administratively and financially for visits and visits-related processes.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of electronic health records (EHR).
