This PRN, part-time position requires open availability across days, evenings, and overnights with rotating on-call shifts. Training will be provided, and opportunities exist to grow within the healthcare revenue-cycle and patient access teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare customer service or front desk is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly with high attention to detail
• Willingness to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with the check-in process across multiple systems
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answering questions with confidence and compassion
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Navigate diverse insurance plans, enter demographics and medical data, and collect co-pays when applicable
