Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with the check-in process, working across multiple systems to register efficiently.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate insurance plans and coverage details, collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Enter demographics and medical data and verify information as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
