Complete Care is seeking a Patient Access Specialist for PRN night shifts in the Westlake/Austin area. You will greet patients, verify insurance, handle registrations, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth access to care.

The role requires 1-2 years in medical insurance verification, 2-3 years in medical CS, and a valid BLS certification. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of medical insurance verification experience required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in the medical field required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association within 60 days of start date is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with MS Office and EMR/EPM systems.
• Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays per facility needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Provide strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient questions or issues.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of Medical Insurance verification experience required.
• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required within sixty (60) days from start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with MS Office, EMR/EPM systems.
• MUST be flexible with schedule; including day, evening, weekend hours, and holidays per facility needs.
