Complete Care is seeking a Patient Access Specialist for PRN Nights (7pm–7am) in Westlake/Austin to greet patients, verify insurance, and register patients while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth arrival and billing processes. Requirements include 1–2 years of medical insurance verification, 2–3 years of medical customer service, a High School Diploma or GED, and BLS within 60 days.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential; MS Office and EMR/EPM experience

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Medical Insurance verification experience.
• 2–3 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association within 60 days from start date.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with MS Office and EMR/EPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in-person and by phone, registration, and inquiries.
• Verify patient insurance and demographic information accurately.
• Provide strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
