Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Patient Access Specialist for PRN Night shifts (7pm–7am) at Camp Bowie, TX. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and support seamless appointment flow while coordinating with multiple departments.

Required 1–2 years in medical insurance verification, 2–3 years in medical customer service, and a High School Diploma or GED. BLS certification due within 60 days. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Medical Insurance verification experience.
• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field.
• BLS certification within 60 days from start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with MS Office and EMR/EPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone; registration and inquiries.
• Verify patient insurance and demographic information.
• Demonstrate strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Manage patient flow within the facility.
• Collect necessary paperwork; coordinate with departments for patient care.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient questions or issues.

• MUST be flexible with schedule; including day, evening, weekend hours, and holidays per facility needs.
