Complete Care ER in Lakeway/Austin area is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join our team on a PRN days schedule (7am-7pm). You will greet patients, verify insurance, and support registration and inquiries to ensure smooth access to care.

The role requires healthcare customer service experience, familiarity with MS Office and EMR/EPM systems, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Medical Insurance verification experience required.
• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association within 60 days from start date required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in-person and over the phone, registration, and inquiries.
• Verify patient insurance and demographic information accurately.
• Provide strong phone and verbal communication along with active listening.
