R1 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring fast, compassionate, and accurate access to care across multiple systems. This PRN role supports patient check-in, insurance verification, and data collection with a focus on empathy in a high-volume setting.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, and candidates must pass background checks and vaccination requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients with check-in across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing registration delays and answering questions clearly.
• Build trust with patients during stressful moments and navigate insurance details.
• Enter demographics and medical data, collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
