Qualifications

• Ability to learn EMR technology and use basic Excel/Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently and accurately complete admission registration for all patient types and services.
• Obtain required signatures on consents and admission forms; provide materials to Medicare patients as needed.
• Confirm patient insurance eligibility and benefits via registration software.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, take messages, sort mail and post charges to accounts.
