Qualifications

• Typing speed of 35 wpm or more.
• Experience in customer service roles preferred.

• Familiarity with patient registration and insurance basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform full patient registration at service date.
• Explain and secure hospital and patient forms (Advance Directives, consent, etc.).
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and collect payments as appropriate.
