Responsibilities

• Pre-register patients and discuss insurance benefits and financial responsibilities with confidence.
• Calculate patient responsibility estimates and collect at the point of service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Support office operations using patient access software and ensure compliance with regulations.
