Responsibilities

• Make patient appointments and reminder calls.
• Greet and register patients, check in or out.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and enter into the system.
• Collect co-pays and prepare daily deposit and reconciliation report.
• Relay all phone messages to and from providers and log them.
• Provide clerical/secretarial support and maintain supplies.
