Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in person and over the phone with a focus on service.
• Register patients by collecting demographics, insurance, and visit info.
• Verify insurance eligibility, Medicare compliance, and patient benefits.
• Pre-register patients and explain insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Calculate patient responsibility estimates and collect point‑of‑service payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Use registration software to support operations and stay compliant with regulations.
• Complete ongoing education and training.
• Assist team with additional administrative duties as needed.
