• 1 year experience in a healthcare or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs all registration functions for patients, including collecting demographic information, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, obtaining authorization/pre-certification for services, and collecting patient liability at or before service.
• Greets and serves patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote positive patient encounters.
• Performs duties under moderate supervision.
