• Successful completion of Patient Access Training within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year experience in healthcare or a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs all patient registration functions including collecting demographics, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, obtaining authorization/pre-certification for services, and collecting patient liability.
• Greets and serves patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
• Performs duties under moderate supervision.
