Formación

• Customer Service Experience (required).
• Healthcare Experience (required).
• 1–2 years Insurance Experience (required).
• Experience in hospital registration or patient access (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and other healthcare team members.
• Assist patients with the registration and patient access process while ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect required patient information and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow privacy policies.
• Utilize systems to document and update patient information and support patient flow.
