Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients accurately and efficiently.
• Utilizes multiple systems and interfaces.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple patient access areas.
• Maintains service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encounters.
• Contributes to PAS goals (Collections, Palm Scanning, etc.).
• Understands State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO.
• Maintains professional relationships with clinical and non-clinical team members.
• Articulates and ensures completion of required patient consent forms.
• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
