Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members.
• Assist patients with registration and patient access, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect required patient information and documentation.
• Assist patients with questions related to registration, insurance, and access-to-care process.
• Communicate professionally with patients and internal departments.
• Maintain patient privacy per HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Use multiple systems to document and update patient information.
• Support efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.
• Register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Cross-train to work in multiple patient access areas.
