• Assist patients with the registration and patient access process while ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect required patient information and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with patients and internal departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow applicable privacy and organizational policies.
• Utilize computer systems and patient access technology to accurately document and update patient information.
