Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a part-time Patient Access & Care Team associate for NC/GA Operations in Charlotte. The role focuses on linking patient experiences between PACT and the practice site, handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and updating demographics and insurance information.

Responsibilities include navigating multiple systems, providing customer service, and triaging with RN as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service and ability to work with a variety of patients and patient situations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of customer/patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Uses policy/procedure to link patient experience between PACT and the practice site.
• Assists inbound callers; makes outbound calls when required or follow up.
• Troubleshoots basic non-clinical problems and escalates as needed.
