Job summary

The role supports a fast-paced environment requiring a High School diploma and 0–1 year of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills being essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in call center, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to follow workflows.

Responsibilities

• Link patient experience between PACT and practice site using established policies.
• Assist inbound callers and perform outbound follow-up as needed.
• Schedule appointments, manage cancellations/reschedules, verify demographics and insurance.
• Update medical records and assist with triage and referrals when required.
• Maintain multiple systems documentation and provide accurate information.
