Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including AI to improve processes.
• High School Diploma/GED Required.
• CRCR Required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid).

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and complete medical necessity checks.
• Collect insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Explain consent forms and provide patient education documents.
• Operate the patient access functions to meet POS and audit requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service with compassion and professionalism.
