• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Collect insurance information, demographics and patient data; process physician orders.
• Explain and obtain signatures on consent forms and provide patient education documents.
• Operates the telephone switchboard and ensures professional patient interactions.
