Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Explain consent forms and collect signatures; provide patient education materials.
• Process pre-registrations and assist with point-of-service collections.
• Operate the switchboard and maintain courteous, compassionate interactions.
• Ensure accuracy in eligibility reviews and support POS billing processes.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent service.
