• Verifies insurance information via call or online resources.
• Identifies patient financial responsibilities; estimates and collects liabilities.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintains productivity and suggests improvements.
• Adheres to AHN policies; completes required training.
• Communicates barriers to team lead; supports staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
