Qualifications

• Preferred: HFMA certification or CRCR.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and preregisters patients; verifies demographic data and benefits.
• Verifies insurance information with payors and documents authorization needs.
• Calculates patient liabilities and posts payments in the ADT system; reconciles daily.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
• Contributes to productivity goals and participates in mandatory training.
