Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling and preregistration, verifies beneficiary data and benefits.
• Obtains insurance information and manages authorization/referral documentation.
• Calculates estimates of patient financial responsibilities and handles post-payment activities.
• Delivers a positive patient experience and maintains professional relationships.
• Supports productivity goals and suggests process improvements.
• Follows organizational policies and completes required trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
