Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Experience in an equivalent level 1 position.
• Patient collections experience in a medical setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and self-directed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain and document accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Verify eligibility and benefits using online or phone systems.
• Handle check-in including co-pays, forms, and notices per regulations.
• Support price transparency and refer to financial counseling as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
