Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks an Admissions Financial Representative to support M Health Fairview Clinics. The role requires 0.6 FTE with a schedule across multiple clinics and some weekend coverage. Responsibilities focus on financial clearance, scheduling, and registration to ensure a welcoming patient experience.

Candidate will articulate information clearly to patients and guarantors about financial responsibilities, while upholding Fairview commitments to respect and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of applicable computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling and registration support for patients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to patients, families and other customers.
• Manage daily worklists and resolve assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of improvement and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with patients and care teams.
