Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• EPIC experience and patient registration familiarity preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Register and schedule patients across multiple BJC systems with accurate demographics.
• Verify insurance, perform benefit verification, and collect applicable patient payments.
• Provide clear preparation instructions for procedures and explain financial responsibilities to patients.
