Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No Experience required.
• Associates degree preferred; <2 years experience encouraged.
• CHAA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking to problem solve; communicate professionally with patients, families, and coworkers in person, on the computer, or by phone.
• Register and schedule patients in multiple BJC systems; verify insurance, scan and retrieve documents, and ensure complete orders.
• Explain and enforce HIPAA, MSP, and other regulatory requirements; ensure patient records integrity and accurateMPI selection.
• Work as a safety-sensitive team member with consistent alertness and safe work practices.
