Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Patient Access Representative II in Missouri to schedule infusions and handle patient registrations at the Commons. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm role with no weekends or holidays.

The position requires accurate data collection, insurance verification, and professional communication with patients to support financial responsibilities and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: <2 years.
• Preferred: 2-5 years in healthcare/registration.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule across multiple BJC systems; verify insurance and collect applicable payments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, MSP, and patient rights while guiding patients through financial responsibilities.
• Communicate professionally with patients and families to provide scheduling instructions and prep information.
