Responsibilities

• Schedule all patient appointments and ensure referrals are obtained.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
• Greet and engage patients, families and visitors to provide a positive first impression.
• Complete registration and discharge activities, including co-payment collection, MyChart activation, insurance verification, etc.
• Complete discharge scheduling and ensure follow-up appointments and tests are scheduled.
• Register in multiple centers as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical partners to optimize patient communication and clinic flow.
• Encourage patient satisfaction surveys and positive experiences.
