Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in medical, financial services, or customer service.
• Experience operating a PC and using software applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling and preregistration tasks and verifies demographic data.
• Verifies insurance information and payor requirements and follows up with physician offices and payors.
• Calculates patient liabilities, collects, and posts payments.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains relationships with patients, AHN leadership and staff.
• Maintains productivity standards and seeks process improvements.
• Adheres to AHN policies and completes mandatory trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
