Qualifications

• Experience in patient registration and data entry.
• Familiarity with insurance basics and PHI handling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for visits.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with MyChart enrollment.
• Enter and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Process patient payments for copays and balances.
• Use EPIC workqueues and inbasket messages.
• Schedule referrals and follow-ups.
• Maintain PHI and comply with policies.
