Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls to schedule patient appointments.
• Provide exemplary patient service with courtesy and discretion.
• Enter accurate patient demographics and insurance information in EMR.
• Verify insurances and assist with referrals and payors.
• Communicate with physicians' offices, care management, and insurance staff.
• Escalate and route calls as needed and maintain records.
