Qualifications

• Medical assistant certificate preferred.
• 1+ year experience as medical receptionist/administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in the medical office.
• Answer questions and guide patients as needed.
• Schedule appointments using medical office software.
• Register new patients and update records.
• Collect daily patient financial responsibility.
• Verify insurance and process authorizations and referrals.
