Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to deliver a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience onsite. You will verify patient identity and insurance coverage with high accuracy, manage the clinic entrance, and coordinate patient flow from check-in to checkout.

You will handle POS collections with integrity, maintain records, and communicate clearly with patients and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate data accuracy in patient identity and insurance coverage.
• Follow defined workflows for front-desk tasks and patient intake.
• Maintain professional patient interactions and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: review schedules 24–48 hours in advance to identify gaps.
• Digital-First Intake: assist patient check-in using digital tools and ensure demographics/consents are complete.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: monitor waiting room and EMR queues; communicate delays.
• Exit & Outreach: complete checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows or preventive care.
