Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests, visitors, patients and other personnel.
• Answers multi line telephone routing calls to the appropriate area.
• Enters and reconciles daily charges and schedules patient appointments.
• Maintains HIPAA and keeps patient and hospital confidentiality.
• Maintains daily statistics and supports office efficiency.
