Responsibilities

• Check patients in/out for visits and schedule appointments.
• Answer phone inquiries and assist with scheduling and MyChart usage.
• Enter/verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect payments for copays/deductibles and manage balanced payments.
• Coordinate with care teams and refer to EPIC work queues and inbasket messages.
• Process referrals and scanning of documents into EPIC.
