Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for appointments and verify demographics.
• Assist with patient check-in procedures and manage wait times.
• Explain insurance basics and assign primary/secondary/tertiary coverage.
• Collect payments and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Complete regulatory forms and coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Handle multi-channel messages regarding appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints.
• Post cash and reconcile accounts according to department guidelines.
• Maintain patient records and recall/reschedule lists.
