• Explain insurance rank requirements and collect necessary signatures and disclosures.
• Communicate financial obligations to patients and collect fees at the time of service.
• Process multi-channel messages regarding appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints.
• Maintain medical records and assist with referrals and pre-certifications.
