Job summary

Hanger Clinic in Camp Hill, PA is hiring a Patient Access Coordinator to join the medical front office. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and support scheduling and intake to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate has front desk or medical office experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows-based software and email. A high school diploma is required and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a receptionist role or medical front office preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance during check-in.
• Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance).
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage registrations.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and resources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
